SullivanCotter is seeking a Compensation Analyst to perform compensation analyses and benchmarking, focusing on delivering high-quality client experiences. You will research industry data, determine salary levels and titles, and support market pricing and survey analyses.

Responsibilities include data gathering, financial modeling, report writing, and collaboration with project teams to address client issues. Remote or hybrid work settings available; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required).
• 2+ years of business-related experience with data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
• Solid knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client-specific issues with guidance.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and job titles.
• Perform market pricing, peer group selection, surveys, financial modeling and research with guidance.
• Assist with report writing and proofreading for accuracy.
• Support development of client solutions including program design and financial impact.
