Job summary

PwC is seeking a Director of Client Success to drive relationships, guide engagement direction, and support growth across advisory software and product initiatives. You will translate vision into action, balance near-term priorities with long-term goals, and lead teams to deliver excellence.

In this role, you will mentor leaders, shape engagement models, and ensure alignment with PwC standards while pursuing opportunities for expanded service scope and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience plus training.
• At least 8 years of experience in client success or advisory leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead client success strategies for managed services and growth.
• Shape engagement models across cloud, data, analytics, and modernization.
• Direct escalations and service improvements to boost retention and performance.
• Build executive relationships to uncover expansion opportunities.
• Oversee multiple delivery teams and manage capacity and milestones.
• Translate client needs into actionable service plans for AI-enabled ops.
• Apply CRM and analytics to track performance trends.
• Coach and develop leaders on service excellence and client management.
• Ensure alignment with standards, policies and independence requirements.
