Job summary

PwC in Houston seeks a Director/Client Success Lead to drive client relationships, guide engagement direction, and expand software and product innovation initiatives within Advisory.

You will shape engagement models across cloud engineering, data, analytics, platform development, and modernization, mentor leaders, and ensure outcomes through thoughtful communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum years of experience required for the role as stated.
• At least 8 years of experience in client success or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead client success strategies for managed engineering services and align delivery outcomes with client objectives.
• Shape client engagement models across cloud engineering, data, analytics, platform development, and modernization workstreams.
• Direct escalations, issue resolution, and service improvements to strengthen retention and performance.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee multiple delivery teams and manage capacity, milestones, and dependencies across pods.
• Translate client needs into actionable service plans for digital tooling and AI-enabled operations.
• Apply CRM and service analytics to track performance trends and guide decisions.
• Develop leaders through coaching and feedback on service excellence and client management.
