Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent training + experience; 3 years of specialized training for missing college years if applicable.
• At least 8 years of experience in client success, advisory, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead client success strategies for managed engineering services aligned with client objectives and growth plans.
• Shape client engagement models across cloud, data analytics, platform development, and modernization workstreams.
• Direct escalations, issue resolution, and service improvements to strengthen retention and adoption.
