PwC is seeking a Director who will set strategic direction in client success within our Advisory practice in the United States. You will guide engagement direction, mentor leaders, and translate vision into actions that balance short-term priorities with long-term goals, driving growth and ensuring PwC values are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional specialized training may count toward the requirement.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience in client success, advisory, or service-delivery leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead client success strategies for managed engineering services aligned with client objectives and growth plans.
• Shape engagement models across cloud engineering, data analytics, platform development, and modernization.
• Direct escalations and service improvements to strengthen retention and operational performance.
• Build executive relationships to identify opportunities for expanded service scope.
• Oversee multiple delivery teams, manage capacity, milestones, and dependencies across pods.
• Translate client needs into actionable service plans for AI-enabled operations and automation.
• Apply CRM analytics and data management to track performance trends and guide decisions.
• Develop leaders through coaching and practical guidance on service excellence.
• Ensure alignment with professional standards, firm policies, and independence requirements.
