Job summary

PwC in Grand Rapids is seeking a Director-level Client Success Lead to drive relationships, guide engagement direction, and support growth across software and product initiatives within our Advisory practice.

You will shape engagement models and mentor leaders to translate client needs into actionable service plans that enable AI-enabled operations and automation, while ensuring delivery excellence and compliance with firm standards.

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in client success or advisory leadership.
Experience guiding multi-stream engagements in technology programs.

Responsibilities

Leading client success strategies for managed engineering services.
Shaping client engagement models across cloud, data, analytics, and modernization.
Directing escalations, issue resolution, and service improvements.
Building executive relationships to identify new opportunities.
Overseeing delivery teams and prioritizing capacity and milestones.
Translating client needs into actionable service plans for AI-enabled operations.
Applying service analytics and customer data management to guide decisions.
Developing leaders through coaching and guidance on service excellence.
Ensuring alignment with firm standards and independence requirements.
