Greek House Chefs Inc. seeks an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary activities across the GHC Kitchen. Lead staff, plan menus, manage purchasing and budgets, and maintain health and sanitation standards.

You will train personnel, coordinate with campus management, and ensure client satisfaction with every service. The Executive Chef will develop recipes, ensure nutritional and product specifications, and submit menus two weeks ahead for GHC App approvals.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years Lead Sous or Executive Chef experience and/or culinary degree preferred.
• Serv Safe Certification within first available class scheduled following employment.
• Must have ability to lead, train and oversee kitchen staff with strong budgeting skills.
