The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is hiring an Executive Chef in Charleston, SC. You will lead the kitchen team, drive staff development, and deliver memorable experiences for guests while achieving P&L goals.

You’ll oversee all kitchen operations, from menu creation to inventory control, and collaborate with leadership across locations. A hands-on leader with a passion for local sourcing and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation.
• Dedication to serve others and lead teams.
• Hands-on leadership with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Experience working with local farmers to procure fresh ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team on the line while developing staff and promoting a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with GM and Home Office leaders to optimize kitchen operations, budgets and labor.
• Ensure health and safety standards, inventory management, and quality control to meet financial goals.
