• 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation.
• Hands-on leadership and staff development.
• Strong sense of finances, labor, quality control, and getting the job done.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen line and mentor staff to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.
• Collaborate with the GM and Home Office leaders to optimize kitchen operations and inventory.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and budgets, forecasts, and labor are managed effectively.
