Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef in Savannah, GA. You will lead the kitchen, develop menus, and promote a positive dining experience while collaborating with management to reach pre-set P&L goals.

You will be a hands-on leader, mentor staff, and drive internal hospitality across locations to elevate guest satisfaction and culinary excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in kitchen management and menu creation.
• Dedicated to serving others (team and guests).
• Hands-on leader who loves cooking and guiding the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen staff during service and oversee line operations.
• Drive menu development and ensure consistency across dishes.
• Ensure health and safety standards, inventory control, and quality.
• Collaborate with the GM and Home Office to optimize labor, budgets and forecasts.

The Role:

As the Executive Chef, you will work the line and will be excited to encourage staff development and promote a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P&L goals. You’ll look over all aspects of the kitchen including problem resolution and effective communication to get the job done. As an ambassador for Indigo Road, you’ll authentically embrace Internal Hospitality and strive to create memorable experiences for people through food.

• You’re a hands-on leader and love working in the trenches with the team.


• Collaborate with the GM and leaders from the Home Office to maximize kitchen operations. Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adhere to health and safety standards. Play a pivotal role in managing labor, budgets, forecasts, and ensure the bottom line meets pre-determined expectations.
