The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive menus, quality and guest experiences. You will manage line operations, support staff development, and collaborate with the GM and Home Office to optimize labor, budgets, and food cost.

You'll work hands-on, partner with local farmers, ensure health and safety standards, and inspire creativity while maintaining high standards across 30+ locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen management and menu creation experience.
• Hands-on leadership with a focus on staff development.
• Strong financial acumen including labor and food cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and line management to ensure smooth service.
• Develop menus and oversee dish quality across all concepts.
• Collaborate with GM and Home Office on budgets and forecasting.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are met consistently.
• Coach and mentor staff to foster culinary creativity and excellence.
