The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team across concepts and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be a hands-on leader, guiding menu development, quality control, and staff growth while partnering with GM and Home Office to optimize operations and financial performance.

You will collaborate with local farmers to source fresh ingredients, manage labor and budgets, and uphold health and safety standards, driving consistent, memorable dining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation.
• Hands-on leader with passion for cooking, not a clipboard chef.
• Ability to manage labor, budgets, and ensure financial goals.
• Work with local farmers to procure fresh product.
