Job summary

Invited is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations, plan diverse menus, and drive profitability while upholding our culinary standards. The role requires strong leadership of the kitchen team, procurement oversight, and adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Success depends on coordinating with F&B and Event Sales Directors, managing payroll for back-of-house staff, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years as Executive Chef with leadership and cost-control experience.
• Valid county food handler’s and ServeSafe permits.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus and pricing with the F&B Director and GM.
• Oversee food production and kitchen operations to meet quality standards.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships for food and equipment.
• Control food and labor costs within budgetary guidelines.
• Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff; ensure policy adherence.
