Job summary

Invited is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations, develop diverse menus, and manage procurement and staff. You will ensure high-quality, cost-effective culinary experiences that align with Invited’s standards and club expectations.

You will supervise back-of-house teams, control food and labor costs, and maintain safety and sanitation in a dynamic hospitality environment, while engaging with members and supporting event planning.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience as Executive Chef, with team supervision and cost control.
• Proven track record in food quality, sanitation, and budgeting.
• Valid county food handler’s and ServeSafe permit.

Responsibilities

• Plan meals and menus based on guest preferences and events.
• Oversee procurement of food and kitchen equipment.
• Supervise kitchen staff and payroll for back-of-house teams.
• Ensure cost controls and budget adherence for food and labor.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in all kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with F&B Director and events teams for banquets.
