Job summary

The Executive Chef at Invited leads all kitchen operations to deliver high-quality, cost-effective culinary experiences aligned with Invited’s standards. You will plan menus, supervise staff, and manage procurement and equipment while ensuring safety and compliance.

Collaborate with F&B and Event Sales leadership on banquets, maintain budget discipline, and drive profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction and club brand excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Executive Chef with proven leadership and cost control experience.
• Valid county food handler’s and ServeSafe permits.
• Experience in food cost budgeting, sanitation, and menu planning.
• College degree and additional culinary certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all kitchen operations and supervise staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Plan menus, set item prices, and coordinate with F&B Director and GM.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and equipment for cost control.
• Manage payroll for back-of-house staff and ensure proper staffing.
• Ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance across kitchens.
• Engage with members and support Club events with culinary leadership.
