Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and manage invitation-only executive experiences for senior tech leaders. This role covers concept, venue, vendors, invitations, and on-site hosting, reporting results to marketing and sales leadership.

You will travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad, collaborating with the CEO and account teams to drive meetings and pipeline. Strong English and US/Canada base are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with substantial B2B event experience.
• Proven track record producing invitation‑only executive events (C‑level/VP).
• 4+ years running events for US B2B buyers and target accounts.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end (concept, venue, vendors, run‑of‑show, on‑site hosting).
• Build guest lists and invitations with senior leaders and ABM teams; meet attendance targets.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, hospitality, and vendors; track costs per attendee.
