The successful candidate will manage calendars, travel, correspondence, and Board materials, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism across internal and external interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field such as Business Administration or Communications.
• At least 4 years of executive-level support experience in a complex or multi-entity organization.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, judgment, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential administrative support to the CEO and executive team.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics with high accuracy.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports for the Board and committees.
