Nude Miami seeks an exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to work directly with the founders, keeping a fast-moving company organized, focused, and efficient. You’ll manage schedules, communications, travel, and day-to-day priorities while supporting cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Exceptional organization with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling for the founders.
• Coordinate travel, accommodations, reservations, and itineraries.
• Manage and prioritize incoming requests, communications, and invitations.
• Prepare founders for meetings with materials, context, and follow-ups.
• Track action items and deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Support special projects across operations, marketing, partnerships, hiring, expansion, and events.
