The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, a strong communicator, and able to anticipate needs, build processes, and maintain professionalism while handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting a CEO, founder, owner, or senior executive is a plus.
• High level of organization, initiative, maturity, work ethic, and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to learn quickly and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendar, meetings, travel, commitments, and daily priorities to keep the CEO ahead.
• Organize business files, notes, correspondence, records, and outstanding items.
• Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports; organize meetings and travel.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics; communicate with partners on behalf of the CEO.
• Handle day-to-day details and confidential matters with discretion and trust.
