Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the US Chief Sales Officer and the Head of Planning, Industry, and Customer Engagement. The role requires coordinating complex calendars, travel, and communications across executive leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage confidential information, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and drive key projects, events, and communications to support strategic planning and business engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Executives at VP/Director level and handling confidential information.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient with web conferencing tools and enterprise software systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CSO's calendar with discretion and prioritize critical items.
• Coordinate travel plans and related documents for meetings and events.
• Prepare CSO for meetings and ensure on-time delivery of deadlines.
• Handle confidential information with trust and discretion.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communications.
• Lead special projects for the CSO and Head of Planning, Industry, and Customer Engagement.
• Support event planning and industry engagements as required.
• Provide proofreading and quality control for documents and communications.
