Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Director of Integrated Commercial Business Planning (AFH) in Chicago. You will own the commercial planning operating system, align brand/category teams, and drive a trusted, single demand view across the BU.

The role requires leading a cross-functional cadence and delivering the 2H pilot before the January 2027 go-live. You will manage a small team (2 directs) and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, leveraging IBP/S&OP or similar processes, SAP, and BI

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial planning, sales strategy, IBP/S&OP, or related commercial roles.
• Demonstrated experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align cross-functional plans.
• Experience with formal business planning cycles (IBP, S&OP, AOP/1YP, or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and implement the ICBP process from ground up and pilot ahead of 2027 go-live.
• Drive change management across functions and levels to stand up the process.
• Drive the weekly and monthly commercial planning cadence with disciplined cycles.
• Serve as the neutral custodian of a single, trusted demand number across BU.
• Surface, frame, and close risks and opportunities in real time; drive recommendations.
• Lead BU strategic projects including organic and inorganic opportunity assessment.
• Coordinate cross-BU milestones for the 3YP cycle with governance meetings and progress tracking.
• Team management: 2 directs.
