Position Overview

At Kraft Heinz, the Executive Assistants (EAs) of the Future enable senior executives to thrive and be at their best—supporting the company to reach its ambitions. We are looking for Impact Makers—supportive and strategic partners who empower our senior leadership.

The ideal candidates are proactive problem solvers with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Our EAs are experts at stakeholder management, anticipating leader needs, and enabling success while living our values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Know and champion our values, how we work, and where we win with internal and external partners, stakeholders, and employees.
  • Act as backstage managers who plan and execute at a high level, anticipating needs and adjusting as necessary.
  • Proactively solve problems and improve procedures for efficiency and productivity to support leaders and coordinate internal and external resources accordingly.
  • Demonstrate sound business and financial acumen and speak the language of their leaders and our business.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with peers, senior executives, and external partners, sometimes acting as the leader’s proxy or voice.
Exceptional Executive Administrative Support
  • Go way beyond “calendar Tetris” to strategically support leaders to prioritize, manage their time and energy, and accomplish their goals.
  • Ensure leaders are equipped to engage effectively by managing meeting agendas, resources, preparation work, and details.
  • Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities to maximize leader time and personal well‑being.
Strategic Operations Management
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
  • Manage invoices, vendors, and expenses following company process and within designated tools and systems.
  • Organize communications from the office of their leader in partnership with Corporate Communications teams, drafting where appropriate and/or coordinating approvals.
Efficient Office Coordination
  • Manage a high volume of tasks, information, and communication in a way that upholds culture, champions the brand, and helps leaders shine.
  • Thoughtfully plan and flawlessly execute internal and offsite events.
  • Lead or support other projects as needed.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and collaboration skills; experience working in an interdependent/matrixed organization preferred.
  • Ability to practice sound judgment and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptable; experience navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and fast pace.
  • Excellent listening and synthesizing skills; able to navigate conflict and contrasting opinions and points of view.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
