The candidate will support executive functions, manage vendor relations, and ensure compliance with FDA and USDA regulations. Formación

• 3-5 years of experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive.
• Proven experience in food manufacturing and production.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and management.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Manage executive schedules and support board communications.

Conocimientos

3-5 years of experience as an Admin/Executive Assistant

Understanding of FDA, USDA, and Customs compliance

Tech-savvy and organized

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
