Qualifications

• 5 years of related executive/administrative support experience.
• Strong communication and confidentiality with a professional presence.
• Ability to multi-task and manage calendars, travel, and documents.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage CCO calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Coordinate travel advisories and visa requirements for departures.
• Prepare reports, memos, letters, agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external events and workshops.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure flawless execution of tasks.
