Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of professional experience, or
• Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or
• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in the task area.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance; US citizen.

Aufgaben

• Create, type, merge, revise, format, proofread, and route documents and correspondence for review and issuance.
• Prepare government reviews, distribute briefings, action tracking lists, minutes, and lessons learned.
• Support travel management; pre/post audits in DTS, approvals, and conference administration.
• Maintain office staffing lists and organization charts.
• Copy, scan, and collate documents for distribution.
• Enter visit requests in security portal; research SMO codes and points of contact.
• Provide schedule management; maintain schedules, databases, and presentations.
• Provide coordination and technical support for meetings and conferences; prepare agendas.
• Deliver conference agendas, presentation materials, and record meeting minutes.
