Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day executive administrative support to C-suite and senior leadership
  • Manage multiple calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate internal and external engagements
  • Handle confidential communications, board materials, and executive-level correspondence
  • Book and manage global travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Prepare polished presentations, reports, and talking points for meetings and events
  • Liaise with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
  • Track key initiatives and assist with project deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups
  • Submit expense reports and reconcile transactions in a timely manner
  • Support event planning and internal coordination for executive offsites and investor events
  • Maintain a pulse on shifting priorities and anticipate the needs of the executive team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, sound judgment, and discretion in a high-pressure setting.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Executive Assistant
  • Background in private equity, investment banking, or asset management.
  • Experience working with board members, investors, and senior-level clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and financial document preparation.
