Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior members of its Investment Team, including Partners, Vice Presidents, and Associates. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will manage complex calendars across time zones, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare expenses, create polished presentations, and serve as a reliable point of contact

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, preferably within private equity, investment management, financial services, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, and competing priorities.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics while ensuring executives are well-prepared.
  • Create and edit presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional service.
  • Handle incoming communications and prioritize matters appropriately.
  • Partner closely with the administrative team to provide seamless support and coverage.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
