Job summary

The Panther Group seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of senior professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Experience supporting senior professionals in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies and using AI to improve efficiency.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high-quality work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Comfortable working under deadlines and adapting to last-minute changes.
  • Positive, flexible, collaborative, service-oriented approach.
  • Genuine interest in learning about the financial services business.
  • Availability for a 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to a team of senior professionals.
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including itineraries and schedules.
  • Organize logistics for internal/external meetings, team events, and offsites.
  • Prepare and process expense reports and follow up on approvals.
  • Conduct research and compile information or reports using internal/external resources.
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations and other materials.
  • Support performance reviews and recurring administrative processes.
  • Manage subscriptions, renewals, and office supply orders.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members.
  • Provide backup and cross-coverage support to other admins as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology/AI to streamline workflows.
  • Build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders with professionalism.
