Amazon seeks an executive-level sales leader to head the AWS North America Sales team in Auto & Manufacturing. You will drive AI adoption, build C-level relationships, and lead distributed account teams across the region to deliver transformational outcomes for iconic automotive and manufacturing customers.

Qualifications
- 15+ years sales experience with an enterprise technology provider.
- 10+ years relationship building at the C-level with automotive/manufacturing Fortune 500 clients.
- 5+ years creating long-term transformational account strategies.
- 5+ years leading global cross-functional teams across solution architecture, sales, and services.
- Deep domain knowledge in automotive/manufacturing industries.
- Experience applying AI/ML in automotive/manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with CXOs, CEOs and Boards of Directors in automotive and manufacturing clients.
- Drive AI transformation initiatives across design, production, supply chain and customer experience.
- Identify and articulate industry-specific use cases for AWS technologies.
- Coordinate extended account teams across North America.
- Focus on large, complex opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle.
- Engage customer executives with AWS leadership to shape deals.
- Ensure optimal deal resourcing and product mix for industry needs.
- Resolve deal escalations.
