Job summary

Amazon is seeking an executive to lead the AWS North America Sales team in the Auto & Manufacturing Industry Business Unit. You will drive AI adoption across iconic automotive and manufacturing customers in North America, building C-level relationships and guiding AI-driven transformations.

You will lead distributed sales and technical teams, advocating for customer interests, shaping deals, and ensuring resources align with automotive/manufacturing priorities across the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years sales experience with an enterprise technology provider.
• 10+ years' experience building C-level relationships with Fortune 500 automotive/manufacturing customers.
• 5+ years creating long-term transformational account strategies for multi-national customers.
• 5+ years leading global cross-functional teams to ensure holistic customer engagement.
• Demonstrated domain knowledge in automotive/manufacturing industries and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with CXOs, CEOs and Boards in automotive and manufacturing customers.
• Drive AI transformation initiatives across design, production, supply chain and customer experience.
• Identify and articulate industry-specific use cases for AWS technologies.
• Orchestrate extended account teams across North America.
• Focus on large, complex opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle with an AI-driven transformation.
• Engage AWS executives for high-level customer engagements.
• Shape deals to meet customer needs and leverage AWS capabilities.
• Resolve deal escalations and ensure optimal resourcing and product mix.
