Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Executive AI Strategist to serve as a trusted AI advisor to Fortune 500 executives, guiding transformational initiatives using Amazon Connect’s AI-enabled customer experiences. You will define, execute, and own GTM strategies that accelerate adoption and revenue within strategic customers.

You will build broad programs and collaborate across sales, product, solution architecture, marketing, and customer success to orchestrate successful pursuits.

Qualifications

• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• 10+ years in customer-facing leadership, including AI, CRM, contact center, or related areas.
• 10+ years in GTM, business development, sales, consulting, or product leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders within strategic AWS Connect customers and partners.
• Develop, execute, and own GTM and sales strategies focused on AI in customer experience to grow adoption of Amazon Connect and AWS Applied AI Solutions.
• Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders including specialist sales, product, solution architecture, customer success, marketing, and AWS field to orchestrate Connect GTM and strategic pursuits.
• Capture customer insight to influence product roadmap for Amazon Connect Customer and AWS Applied AI Solutions.
• Create scalable programs and best practices to unblock challenges and drive growth.
• Serve as an Amazon Connect AI subject matter expert supporting broader internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve Amazon Connect’s GTM capabilities and business rhythms.
