Amazon Web Services, Inc. is hiring an Executive AI Strategist in Austin, TX to act as a trusted AI advisor to Fortune 500 executives.

You will define and own business development strategies to drive adoption and revenue of Amazon Connect, orchestrating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver transformational AI outcomes. You will build key programs, leverage data and customer insights, and partner with sales, product, solution architecture, marketing and customer success teams to scale

Qualifications

Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
10+ years of customer-facing leadership experience with Customer Experience, AI, CRM, or related technologies.
10+ years of GTM, business development, sales, consulting, or product leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders among strategic AWS Connect customers, partners, and prospects.
Develop, execute, and own GTM and sales strategies focused on AI in customer experience to grow adoption.
Drive alignment across stakeholders to orchestrate GTM and strategic pursuits.
Capture customer insights to influence product roadmap for AWS Connect and AWS Applied AI Solutions.
Create scalable programs and best practices to unblock challenges and drive growth.
Serve as an AWS Connect AI subject matter expert supporting broader teams.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve GTM capabilities and operational rhythms.
