Job summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an Executive AI Strategist to serve as a trusted AI advisor to Fortune 500 executives, guiding Transformational AI initiatives using Amazon Connect.
You will define, execute, and own business development strategies that drive adoption and revenue of Amazon Connect within strategic customers, building and owning key programs that accelerate outcomes through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Experience influencing leadership decisions at organizational level.
- 10+ years of customer-facing leadership with relevant tech domains.
- 10+ years in GTM, business development, sales, consulting, or product leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives at strategic customers.
- Develop and own GTM and sales strategies focused on AI in customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across sales, product, solution architecture, marketing and the AWS field.
- Capture customer insights to influence the product roadmap for Amazon Connect Customer and AWS Applied AI Solutions.
- Create scalable programs to unblock challenges and drive growth.
- Serve as an AWS Connect AI subject matter expert supporting broader internal teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve Amazon Connect’s GTM capabilities and business rhythms.
