ThoughtSpot seeks a Principal AI Outcomes Manager, the most senior strategic presence inside a customer account. You co‑own the relationship, the outcomes plan, the renewal, and the expansion — across the entire customer lifecycle and at the highest levels of customer engagement.

This is a named‑account role that runs from data teams to the C‑suite, shaping commercial strategy and showcasing how AI analytics transforms decision making for executives.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in a customer-facing role blending business and technology.
• Executive presence with fluency at C‑suite level and strategic storytelling.
• Deep business acumen focused on outcomes and ROI.
• Fluency in analytics platforms and AI-driven decision making.
• Experience owning renewals and multi-stakeholder expansions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the executive-level business outcomes plan and joint outcomes governance.
• Collaborate with AE to maintain multi-threaded champion networks and strategic context.
• Drive adoption depth using Spotter, Liveboards, and Data Apps across the organization.
• Lead outcomes reviews and QBRs with a boardroom-ready narrative.
• Own renewals and expansions with GRR/NRR focus and proactive risk management.
• Prototype and mock to accelerate buy‑in without heavy engineering.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and map roadmap to customer priorities.
• Identify and manage risk early, aligning resources to address it.
• Be the customer voice inside ThoughtSpot and mentor the team.
