Job summary

ThoughtSpot seeks a Principal AI Outcomes Manager in Chicago to join as a senior strategic advisor for top customers. You co-own the outcomes plan, renewal, and expansion across the lifecycle, engaging executives and shaping the commercial motion with your AE partner.

You will drive adoption of Spotter, Liveboards, and Data Apps, lead executive QBRs, and ensure a clear, boardroom-ready value narrative backed by KPI delivery. In-office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing role blending business and technology in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Executive presence and C-suite fluency across CFOs, COOs, and other leaders.
• Deep business acumen with ability to build ROI cases and multi-year value roadmaps.
• Analytics and AI fluency with experience in enterprise analytics platforms.
• Technical depth to discuss Liveboards, Spotter agents, and Data Apps.
• Commercial ownership across renewals and expansions.
• Structured, proactive account leadership across a portfolio.
• Consultative instinct with challenging assumptions when beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive-level business outcomes plan and Joint Outcomes Plan with boardroom-ready KPIs.
• Partner with AE to maintain multi-threaded champion networks from contributors to C-suite.
• Drive adoption of Spotter, Liveboards, and Data Apps across organizations.
• Lead outcomes reviews and QBRs with a clear value narrative.
• Own renewals and expansions with GRR and NRR as measures.
• Prototype and mock to accelerate buy-in without heavy engineering.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ThoughtSpot products and roadmap alignment.
• Identify risks early and marshal resources to address them.
• Be the customer voice inside ThoughtSpot to influence product direction.
• Build scalable adoption programs and customer stories with Marketing.
• Mentor teammates and elevate the outcomes management craft.
