ThoughtSpot in Chicago, IL, seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts end-to-end—from onboarding through renewal and expansion. This role is consultative, shaping customer strategy rather than performing routine check-ins, with direct access to senior leadership across Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, and Services.

You will build executive relationships, develop measurable success plans with ROI, and leverage AI-driven insights to scale

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing role with enterprise/mid-market focus.
• Proven ability to influence executives and drive strategic outcomes, not just renewals.
• Familiarity with BI/analytics ecosystems and data platforms to discuss with customers' data teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the portfolio with adoption, retention, and net revenue expansion across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Build executive relationships tying ThoughtSpot capabilities to business objectives, not just usage metrics.
• Lead development and execution of customer success plans with measurable business outcomes.
• Leverage AI-driven insights to catch risk early, surface expansion opportunities, and personalize engagement across the portfolio.
• Deliver executive business reviews, enablement sessions, and workshops to shape customer thinking about the platform.
• Coach junior CSMs and contribute to playbooks the team can run.
