Qualifications

  • Four years of administrative/secretarial experience.
  • Two years of supervisory experience leading staff.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and related office technology.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workflow, staffing, and service delivery for the executive office.
  • Supervise Executive Assistants and Reception staff; assign work and coach.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and board packet logistics.
  • Prepare records, minutes, and reports; maintain filing systems.
  • Develop PowerPoint and presentation materials as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional office environment.
