Job summary

ClearPlan Consulting seeks a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to oversee EVMS and cost control for government programs. The role requires travel at least 25% and expertise with Deltek Cobra, Oracle, or Microsoft toolsets.

You will prepare performance measurements, support program management, and assist in audits and EACs. Strong Excel and government contracting knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• EVMS knowledge and cost performance understandings.
• Experience with government contracting and FAR.
• Experience implementing EVMS and baseline development.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EVMS for tracking program compliance, schedule and cost performance.
• Prepare, analyze and review program performance measurement and cost variances.
• Provide cost control and financial support for program management.
• Prepare CPR Formats 1-5 or IPMR deliverables monthly.
• Support customer audits and DCMA EVMS communications.
• Track and manage post and copy billings and cash collections.
• Generate quarterly EACs in line with policies.
• Work independently to identify solutions and provide strategic direction.
• Support monthly and quarterly management reviews and audits.
