Job summary

ClearPlan Consulting is hiring a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to oversee EVMS, track program performance and provide cost control across government contracts. Travel about 25% will be required to support customers and audits.

The role demands expert use of Deltek Cobra, Oracle and Microsoft toolsets, strong accounting and reporting skills, and US citizenship (security clearance preferred).

Qualifications

• Expert with Deltek Cobra, Oracle or Microsoft toolsets.
• US government cost-reimbursement contracts and FAR knowledge.
• EVMS implementation and baseline development experience.
• MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook proficiency.
• Strong accounting, scheduling and government financial reporting knowledge.
• US Citizenship; DoD security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EVMS for tracking schedule and cost performance.
• Prepare, analyze and review performance measurement and variances.
• Provide cost control and financial support for PM and cost control teams.
• Prepare CPR Formats 1-5 or IPMR deliverables monthly.
• Support audits; communicate with DCMA on EVMS assessments.
• Track post and copy billings and cash collections; report findings.
• Generate quarterly Estimates at Complete and present insights.
• Work independently to identify solutions in a dynamic environment.
