Job summary

ClearPlan seeks a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to support Earned Value Management for government contracts with travel up to 25%. You will oversee EVMS, track cost performance, prepare CPR formats, and support audits.

Expertise in Deltek Cobra, Oracle, or Microsoft toolsets plus strong MS Excel/Office skills are required. US citizenship and DoD clearance preferred; competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience with EVMS and cost control in government contracts.
• Familiarity with FAR and government financial reporting.
• Strong Excel/Office suite proficiency and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EVMS for tracking program compliance, schedule and cost performance.
• Prepare, analyze and review program performance measurement and cost variances.
• Provide cost control and financial support to program management and cost control teams.
