Job summary

ClearPlan Consulting is hiring a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to manage Earned Value Management Systems for defense programs. The role requires client travel and deep experience with Deltek Cobra, Oracle, or Microsoft toolsets.

You will support cost control, prepare EACs and CPR deliverables, and liaise with DCMA on EVMS assessments while ensuring compliance with FAR and government reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Expert with EVMS concepts and earned value performance tracking.
• Experience with FAR and government contracting is required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EVMS compliance, schedule and cost performance for programs.
• Prepare, analyze and review program performance measurements and variances.
• Support program managers with cost control and financial analysis.
