Job summary

ClearPlan seeks a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to lead EVMS oversight and cost performance on government programs. The role requires travel up to 25% and expertise with Deltek Cobra, Oracle, or Microsoft toolsets.

You will prepare CPR formats, analyze EACs, support audits, and coordinate with program management while ensuring compliance and timely reporting. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Expert with Deltek Cobra, Oracle, or Microsoft toolsets.
• Experience with US government cost-reimbursement contracts and FAR.
• Experience implementing EVMS and baseline development.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, EVMS, scheduling and government reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EVMS for tracking program compliance, schedule and cost performance.
• Prepare, analyze and review program performance measurement and cost variances.
• Provide cost control and financial support for program management.
• Prepare CPR Formats 1-5 or IPMR deliverables.
• Support customer audits and communicate with DCMA on EVMS assessments.
• Track and manage post and copy billings and cash collections.
• Analyze quarterly EACs in line with policies.
• Identify solutions and provide strategic direction in a dynamic environment.
• Support monthly and quarterly reviews of operations and planning.
