Job summary

ClearPlan is seeking a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to oversee EVMS and provide cost control for government contracts. Travel up to 25% will be required as the role supports FAR-based projects across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include CPR/IPMR deliverables, cost performance analysis, and collaboration with program management and DCMA on EVMS assessments. Proficiency with Deltek Cobra, Oracle, or Microsoft toolsets is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with EVMS and cost performance measurement.
• FAR knowledge and government contracting experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Solid understanding of accounting, scheduling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of EVMS for tracking program cost and schedule performance.
• Prepare CPR formats and IPMR deliverables.
• Provide cost control and financial support for program management.
• Prepare monthly financial analyses and variance reviews.
• Support customer audits and DCMA communications.
• Track program estimates at complete and billings processes.
• Travel to client sites up to 25% as required.
• Assist management reviews and provide strategic direction.
