Job summary

ClearPlan LLC is hiring for a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to support EVMS and program cost control for government contracts across multiple programs. The role requires heavy use of Deltek Cobra, Oracle, and Microsoft toolsets with strong analytical skills and attention to regulatory detail.

Travel to client sites is expected at least 25% of the time, and the successful candidate will prepare cost performance reports, assist in audits, and collaborate with program managers to maintain

Qualifications

Expert with required toolset (Deltek Cobra, Oracle, and/or Microsoft toolsets).
Experience with US government cost-reimbursement contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Experience in implementing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and baseline development.

Responsibilities

Oversight of program Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) for tracking program compliance, schedule and cost performance.
Prepare monthly CPR Formats 1-5 or IPMR deliverables.
Track and manage program Post and Copy billings and cash collections.
Generate and analyze quarterly program Estimates at Complete (EACs) in accordance with corporate policies.
