Job summary

RTX seeks a motivated Program Cost Controls Manager (M4) to lead financial management for complex IFPC INC 2 and MRIC programs. You will drive cost and schedule control, EVMS compliance, and forecasting with cross-functional partners.

The role is hybrid (onsite/remote) with candidates near Andover, MA, or other allowed locations. Strong EVA, EVMS, and program control experience are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with relevant experience; Advanced degree optional.
• Experience with Earned Value (EV) reporting and EVMS processes.
• Experience with bookings/backlog, AOP, LRP, and EACs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to the financial management system.

Responsibilities

• Lead EVM analysis, CPI, SPI, variances, and corrective actions.
• Deliver recurring and non-recurring EV deliverables.
• Align EV with estimates, FP&A, and forecasts.
• Provide trusted financial briefings to PMs and leadership.
• Lead proposals, gate reviews, and strategic discussions on profit.
