Job summary

RTX is seeking a program business manager in a hybrid role at our Andover, MA site to oversee financial performance for NASAMS programs. You will ensure cost control, EVMS compliance, and effective budgeting while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet contractual baselines.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, a suitable degree, and 8+ years of experience in program controls and financial planning. Onsite work is preferred in Andover with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in program controls and EVMS is required.
Proficiency with SAP, APEX or AO and related financial systems.

Responsibilities

Provide financial oversight for program cost and control, proposals, budgeting and planning.
Collaborate with program managers, contracts, engineering, and supply chain to align with objectives.
Perform EVMS tasks and ensure compliance with Estimates at Complete (EACs).
Distribute information to support decision-making and performance analysis.
Lead and mentor team members to achieve program and financial success.
Communicate financial performance and risks to senior leadership.
