RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a motivated Program Cost Controls Manager (M4) to lead cost and schedule control for major programs. You will drive EVMS processes, partner with portfolio finance and program teams, and provide strategic financial guidance.

The role is hybrid (onsite & remote) with emphasis on effective communication to senior management and customers. You will lead 4-5 program control analysts, supporting complex government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Experience with Earned Value (EV) reporting.
• Experience with bookings/backlog, EACs and financial planning.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access the financial management system.
• Preferred: SAP, APEX, PRISM and program management tools experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead EV analysis including CPI, SPI and variances with corrective actions.
• Compile, validate and deliver recurring and non-recurring EV deliverables.
• Align EV with estimates at complete, resource and investment plans.
• Present financial forecasts to program management and customers.
• Finance delegate for proposals, gate reviews and strategic discussions.
• Lead and develop a team of 4-5 program control analysts.
