Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Cost Control EBA in the US to support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads. The role focuses on EVMS inputs, EAC/LRE development, and cost/schedule reporting using SAP, APEX, IMS, and PMX tools.

Onsite role based in Woburn, MA with a strong emphasis on data analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet cost commitments. Requires U.S. citizenship or equivalent status and 8+ years experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 5–8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar financial systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of EACs and LREs on a quarterly/monthly basis with cost, risk, and opportunities analysis.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
