RTX is seeking a Program Cost Controls Manager (M4) to lead financial management for high-visibility defense programs. The role partners with portfolio finance directors and program teams to ensure cost and schedule control with EVMS compliance.

The position is hybrid (onsite/remote) with preferred candidates near Andover, MA; other locations include Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL; McKinney, TX; Orlando, FL. Relocation not offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; 8+ years of experience, orAdvanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with Earned Value (EV) reporting.
• Experience with bookings/backlog and Estimates-at-Complete (EAC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to the financial system.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EVM analysis: CPI, SPI, variances, corrective actions (≤140 chars).
• Prepare and deliver recurring and non-recurring EV deliverables.
• Align information between EV, estimates-at-complete, and financial plans.
• Present briefs to customers, Sr. Management, and peers.
• Lead a team of 4–5 program control analysts.
