RTX is seeking a Program Cost Controls Manager (M4) to lead cost control and EVMS for the IFPC INC 2 and MRIC programs in a hybrid U.S. role.

You will partner with the portfolio finance director and program teams to ensure flawless cost and schedule execution, EACs, and financial planning, while guiding a 4–5 person program control team. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Business (or advanced degree), EV reporting experience, and strong MS Office skills; US citizenship is

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or an advanced degree with relevant experience.
Experience with Earned Value (EV) reporting and EVMS.
Experience with bookings/backlog, AOP, LRP, and Estimates-at-Complete (EACs).
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
U.S. citizenship is required to access the financial management system.

Responsabilidades

Lead and perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including CPI, SPI, cost and schedule variances, and corrective actions.
Compile, validate and deliver recurring & non-recurring EV deliverables.
Align information between proposals, EV messaging, EACs, and resource/forecast planning.
Provide clear financial forecasts and briefings to program stakeholders and leadership.
Serve as finance delegate for proposals, gate reviews, and profitability discussions.
Prepare and present briefings to customers and senior management.
Identify process shortfalls and drive positive change.
Lead and develop a team of 4–5 program control analysts.
